FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How does the Square One Wardrobe Consulting work?

Your consultant will meet you at the Guest Services booth on the lower level of the mall (across from Black’s Camera between Wal-Mart and The Bay). You will then go to the Fashion Office, where you will discuss the form you filled out when you signed up for the session. This will take approximately 15 minutes. From there, you will venture out into the mall and the consultant will take you to the stores that she thinks will best fit your style and needs.

2. How long is a consulting session?

A session is an hour and a half (not including the 15 minutes in the Fashion Office to discuss the form you filled out). So plan on spending an hour and 45 minutes in total.

3. Do I have to buy something?

No, there is no pressure to buy anything. However, if you spend a minimum of $75 during your consultation you will receive a BE THE ONE compact mirror FREE.

4. Can I book an appointment for someone else?

Yes. But, they will need to fill out the form themselves to ensure accuracy.

5. Is it ok if I bring a friend to my appointment?

We strongly recommend against this. If you want a full, honest opinion on what works best for you and your personal style we believe a one-on-one with you and your consultant is the best option.

6. Should I bring pieces from my current wardrobe with me?

If there is a certain event/occasion that you are looking for specifically, then feel free to bring the appropriate clothing, accessories or shoes that will help you complete your outfit. Otherwise you don’t need to bring anything.
