SANTA ARRIVES

THURS. NOV. 19th at 6:30pm

Celebrate Santa’s arrival on Thursday, November 19th at the opening night of Melody & Magic, a synchronized light show that dances in time to your favourite holiday classics. There will be a LIVE performance of selections from The Nutcracker by Ballet Jörgen Canada. Also joining in the festivities will be the Mississauga Children’s Choir and dancers from Marie Ann Longlade School of Dance.

Host Michelle Madiera (Mississauga News’ 2008 Future Star Winner) will perform two songs to put everyone in a holiday mood. Come early for the 6:30pm show as seats will be limited.

Visits and photos with Santa will start at 7:30pm

* Ballet Jörgen Canada will be performing The Nutcracker at The Living Arts Centre, Mississauga on December 6th at 1:00pm and 4:30pm.

A Square One Spectacular

Experience Melody & Magic this holiday season. A synchronized light and sound show featuring an amazing 30-foot high Video Christmas Tree soaring high above Santa in Centre Court. Watch in wonder as 250,000 LED lights morph into a spectacular light show that dances in time to your favourite holiday instrumental classics.

Showtimes:  Friday, November 20th to Thursday, December 24th

From 5:00 pm, every half hour (until mall closing)

Each show is approximately 5 minutes in length and features timeless, instrumental holiday classics.

Selections from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker, Leroy Anderson’s Sleigh Ride and Leon Jessel’s Parade of the Wooden Soldiers.
